s3x3 i territori

is part of Art Territori Data (ATD) prograrm. 2023-2024 - (Research projects with hybrid processes and virtual results, by Idensitat.) 

For this project I was asked to design and articulate the titles that would be followed by the topic itself. First with the need of them to be animated (the user would be able to click and move it around with different angles) but the website wouldn’t support it so it would be a 3D typeface still-image. 

These typefaces were created under project guidelines but with creative freedom and lead, collaborating with the directors of the project itself. Each element references an object or texture from the subject that preceds.

The project was placed and presented in Barcelona, in Fabra i Coats: Fábrica de Creación, Catalunya, Spain.

1º- inocència; inocence. -> liquid, fluid.
2º abús; abuse. -> sharped stone, weapon.
3º fugida; escape. -> smoke, steam.
4º plaer; pleasure. -> liquid, drip.

All the typefaces were first hand drawn inspired by textures and the shapes of the elements referenced. Aftewards, they were vectorized and 3d-renderized, with different try-outs to end with the desired result. Each one of them starts a section in the following website:
